Style Icon: Alexa Chung

Her mix of girly and grunge, menswear and vintage skirts, has got us thinking. We admire Alexa Chung's style, so why shouldn't we post that on our blog? As the face of Madewell, Alexa can be found all over the pages of magazines. Our favorite images of her are the ones on the street, where you see her true fashion sense shine.

These beautiful sets of luggage should give you some serenity before braving it all again to make the trek back home.

Renegade Craft Fair

We had a busy weekend! The Renegade Craft Fair was in town and this time it was holiday specific! We were overjoyed with all the fantastic artists that were there. One of our favorites is Jill Bliss. Her art style is unique and playful and can't help but make us smile. We saw lots of others there as well, including shops that were new to us. Sarah discovered The Harbinger Co. and got this week's Must Have Item, a beautifully crafted honeycomb necklace.

Paper: Transformed

Featured in the Museum and Arts and Design, these images showcase what beautiful and ornate things can be done with using only paper. The first one is a detailed map of an imaginary town, the one below would be great for unique holiday decor, and the last is a depiction of a water city. For more ways artists transformed the everyday product of paper, check out an article by Fast Company.
