Constellations

Hello! Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. We can't wait for the New Year and all the wonderful new adventures it has in store. One thing that we noticed we will be seeing a lot of in 2012, are constellation themed items. We sure saw a lot at the Renegade show! (Look below at the constellation necklace from Chime.) This is one trend that we are fully on board with, but hopefully, if we play our cards right, we won't need to wish on a star for all our dreams to come true next year.

We poke around polyvore from time to time to check out lovely things we can't afford, and this minty fresh set caught our eye. This is more glamourous than we tend to go, but couldn't help but love the mix of hues with our favorite color right now...mint!

We are feeling bright, cheery, and a little quirky this week. Well, with how we feel, is how the new Gorman collection is. We want everything! Sarah especially likes the cheetah print yellow dress. She even added it to her  Svpply. Check it out...her dream list is growing!

Bye Bye Shark Week

 

Cheers to another great Shark Week. It successfully permeated my brain so much that I dreamt I got bitten by one in my Grandma's house. Hmmm...Needless to say, we are psyched for next year! Here are some tributes to our feisty sea friends to cope with the fact that another Shark Week is coming to end. Sad...

We recently posted on "Feeling Kooky" about dressing outside the box, and this, our "Quirky Colors" post is an extension of that. Not only is it trendy to mix and match prints, vintage with modern, feminine and masculine, it is totally in to do all that in unexpected color combinations. We are loving the combos of mints and corals with rich chocolate. Yum!
